They are an integral part of the community, providing one of the most picturesque locations on the Sunshine Coast, forming scenic ocean views, an elaborate style of interior design, coupled with a vibrant atmosphere and environment of exceptional and authentic people.


The company is now seeking to employ an additional team member to take on a position as a part-time Administration/ Receptionist, that is looking to become an integral part of their dynamically trained team of motivated professionals.


The Position…

The position is essentially an Administration position that requires the unique skillset of providing exceptional customer service and taking in-bound enquiries. Having an understanding of diversity in culture from a broad membership and customer base will assist in your approach to delivering a day-to-day excellence of service and customer satisfaction.


You will be required to complete the following duties;


  • Answering phone-related enquiries and provide exceptional customer support by ensuring information is explained in a relevant and professional manner.
  • Ensure database entries and spreadsheets are completed and accurately recorded.
  • Ensure records of invoices payable and receivable are attended to and entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolving any issues and handling customer complaints.
  • Maintain the integrity of the business through a compliant and regulatory perspective.


The Ideal Candidate...

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a previous Administration/ Receptionist type role.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presentation, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate or Advanced skills in Windows and Office Suite Programs such as Excel and Word.
