Administration Safety and Security Civil Defense Supervisor

• Ensure all company facilities comply with the requirements of the Egyptian Civil Defense Authority and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and follow up on periodic inspections by Civil Defense officers and ensure timely renewal of Civil Defense certificates and licenses.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all Civil Defense approvals, inspection reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare and submit all required reports to Civil Defense authorities as per company and legal requirements.
• Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and testing of firefighting systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, pumps, hydrants, and emergency exits.
• Ensure all fire protection and detection systems are operational, certified, and tested regularly.
