Administration Services Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness)

The Job

• Responsible for all licensing and statutory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Responsible for renewing license, scheduled and unscheduled reports to licensing offices.
• Formulate and conduct audits and drills.
• Ensure a smooth running of the site operations by implementing administration systems and processes.
• Provide administrative decision-making, support and leadership.
• Manage and coordinate the Key Performance Indicator and Key Risk Indicator of all in house services.
• Initiate meetings, response to critical incidence and communicates to all operational partners.
• Coordinate for market research to keep competency in prestige care delivery model.
• Review the office expenditure often.
• Responsible for supplier management, implement appropriate procurement procedures and strategies to control quality, costs and to assure an adequate source of supply.
• Coordinate staff training and give on site HR support.
• Coordinate administrative support and backup to programs, functions and activities for residents, members and service users during regular intervals and especially on festive dates.
• Monitor daily repair and maintenance of all facility and equipment.
• Manage the work product and deadlines of all administration staffs.

The Person

• Degree holder in Business, Human Resources, Liberal Arts or Facility Management.
• Minimum 10 years post qualification working experience in related job tasks with at least 5 year of supervisory capacity in a sizeable organization.
• Proficient in oral and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Good PC knowledge in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to serve the elderly with caring attitude.
