Brothers and Keepers runs youth group homes across the Phoenix area, and we're looking for a modern administrative assistant who uses AI to get more done, faster.
What you'll do:
- Use AI assistants (Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT and others) to draft documents, summarize records and automate routine admin work
- Write clear, effective prompts and build repeatable workflows
- File, organize and maintain staff and youth documentation in Google Drive, quickly and accurately
- Keep compliance records, forms and trackers complete and current
- Support leadership with email, scheduling and document prep
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with AI assistant platforms and prompting
- Very fast, accurate filing and strong organization
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
- Detail-oriented and dependable, with good written communication
- A valid fingerprint clearance card, or the ability to get one
