Therefore, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our center located in Barcelona.
What you'll do
In this role, your main objective will be to provide the best service to patients by resolving doubts.
What we're looking for
- Approximately 6 months of experience performing similar tasks; we positively value experience within the same sector.
Nice to have
- We value training in Health Documentation or Administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- We are looking for an empathetic person with communication skills, providing good patient care, as well as being methodical and organized.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- In-person and telephone patient care.
- Admissions management.
- Resolution of basic inquiries related to services, procedures, and schedules.
- Recording and updating data in internal systems.
- Support to the team in basic tasks.
- Ensuring patient well-being from arrival to departure.
- Administrative tasks derived from the position.
