Administrative Assistant - Data Controller Support

From GRUPO IMAN we are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Data Controller Support for an important company in Logroño.

A company committed to efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement in production and control processes is looking for a person with an administrative profile and financial sensitivity who wants to grow in a technical environment, with direct impact on the analysis and control of key business data.

What you'll do

You will provide direct support to the Controlling department, participating in the management and monitoring of economic and production data, with the aim of ensuring the reliability of information and its alignment with established control systems.

• General support to the Controlling and Finance area.
• Management and analysis of production costs.
• Preparation of periodic reports on data and incidents.
• Control and monitoring of data generated by internal production systems.
• Resolution of administrative problems and incidents in the data flow.
• Ensuring the coherence of the information flow between departments.
• Use and handling of tools specific to data control and production.
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of internal processes.

What we're looking for

• Education in Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar.

• Previous experience in administrative tasks with a numerical or financial basis.

• Organized, resourceful profile with analytical vision.

• Fluent use of office tools (especially Excel).

• Ability to understand production processes and relate them to economic data.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of management accounting and cost control.
• Experience or training in analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as S400, SAP, or other management systems.
• Familiarity with industrial or production environments.
