What will you do?

- Process routine financial transactions, including purchasing requisitions, PO and non-PO invoices, corporate procurement card reconciliations, training registrations, and annual professional membership dues (e.g., APEGA, ASET, APPI)
- Manage Section logistics, including interoffice and registered mail, onboarding setups, computer/phone asset inventories, office move coordination, and tracking inquiries from City Council
- Assist method analysts with drafting process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), task deliverable lists, and the DSA Annual Report
- Maintain accurate electronic databases, archive project documents, and index redline/engineering drawings
