Administrative Assistant for Temporary Cover

About the role

The University of Deusto needs to identify administrative and management profiles, with availability for immediate incorporation into temporary collaborations.

We identify general administrative management functions within the scope of academic management, research, and other areas of organizational management, such as:

Field of knowledge: Administration / Secretarial
Location: Bilbao or San Sebastián Campus

Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative management positions and user service.
• Proficiency in both English and Basque is essential.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
