Administrative Assistant

About the role

Mestral School in Ibiza is looking to hire an Administrator to join the school's team and participate in various management and administrative support activities.

The selected person will collaborate in the organization and management of different day-to-day tasks of the school, including order management, travel organization, social media support, and other administrative functions necessary for the smooth running of the center.

What you'll do

• Organization and management of orders.

• Coordination and management of travel and trips.

• Support in the management of the center's social media.

• Performance of administrative and general organization tasks.

• Management and tracking of documentation.

• Coordination with suppliers and different interlocutors.

• Support to the team with day-to-day administrative needs.

• Collaboration in other tasks and projects according to the needs of the center.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in administration, management, or organization.

• Minimum intermediate level of English.

• Intermediate level of IT competence and ease working with digital tools.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow up.

• Proactive, flexible, and resourceful attitude.
