About the role
Do you have experience or training in administration and are you looking for a dynamic position in the logistics/food sector? We are selecting an Operations Administrative Assistant to join a major company in the frozen food sector in Vigo. If you are looking for a fixed afternoon shift that allows you to have all your mornings free and a versatile role that combines computer management with occasional support in receiving goods suits you, we are looking for you!
What you'll do
Reporting to the logistics and administration area, you will be responsible for:
Weight registration: Recording and controlling weighing data of goods upon entry and exit at the plant.
Delivery note management: Checking, filing, and entering data from incoming/outgoing delivery notes and transport documentation.
Driver assistance: Receiving carriers and managing the documentation necessary for unloading.
Occasional warehouse support: Physical assistance in unloading or verifying goods tasks when the reception flow requires it.
Academic training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administrative Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience in data entry / scale administration.
Digital competencies: Fluent computer use, spreadsheets (Excel), and speed in data entry.
Versatile profile: Proactive attitude and good physical readiness to combine office/scale work with occasional support in unloading goods.
Valuable: Previous experience in companies in the maritime, frozen food, cold storage, or logistics platform sectors.
Residence: Residence in Vigo or surroundings with ease of commuting for the afternoon shift.
Benefits and conditions
Fixed afternoon schedule: Continuous shift from 14:00 to 22:00 h, Monday to Friday (mornings completely free!).
One week of morning training,
Location: Well-connected workplace in Vigo.

Salary: According to the collective bargaining agreement of the sector.
