At Grupo Faster, we are selecting an Administrative Assistant with a commercial and customer service vocation to join an important and consolidated company in the metal sector located in L'Alcúdia.

What you'll do

• In-person and telephone customer service, advisory, and direct sales in the showroom.
• Preparation and sending of quotes, delivery notes, and invoicing.
• After-sales service management and customer loyalty.
• Preparation and processing of documentation for tenders and public bids.
• General administrative support tasks using Office suite and proprietary ERP.

What we're looking for

🚗 Own vehicle to access the position.

✔ Demonstrable experience: At least 2-3 years in customer service, administration, and sales support.

✔ Geographical proximity: Mandatory residence in L'Alcúdia or neighboring municipalities.

✔ Tool proficiency: Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agility with management software (ERP).

✔ A resourceful person, with high communication skills and a vocation for service.

What you'll get

✴Excellent salary: €13.08 gross / hour

✴Optimized schedule: Intensive working day from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00 h (Tuesdays with an afternoon shift from 16:00 to 18:00 h). Weekends off!
