ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS ANALYST (on-site) Helena, MT

Qualifications:

• Experience in office administration or facility administration preferred.
• Experience in finance/accounting principles and procedures including purchasing and AR/AP processing.
• Experience in Managed care, commercial health plan (or other healthcare related) experience where you have performed operations or data analysis.
• Experience gathering and communicating business requirements in a simple and easy to understand manner to other staff.
• Experience creating/modifying documents in MS Word.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing data, managing projects and identifying trends.

Site Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination with corporate finance and accounting teams on project initiatives, budget initiatives, as well as other processes and reconciliation as directed by project executive.
• Responsible for local office procurement process, including initiating, monitoring, and completion of all purchase orders.
• Interfaces directly with corporate HR regarding project related HR status reporting and other project-wide HR initiatives as directed by project executive.
• Interfaces directly with corporate global procurement as required to complete purchasing tasks.
• Responsible for all office supplies including ordering, inventory management, and storage.
• Responsible for coordination of all formal project correspondence with client.
• Responsible for coordination of facility related issues. Direct point of contact with both corporate facility team as well as landlord for Helena facility.
• Responsible for coordination of office equipment, furniture, and furnishings.
• Responsible for parking access and liaison to Helena Parking Commission.
• Responsible for security badge/building access system including set up, modification, and termination of individual security access to conform to all security procedures and protocols.
• Responsible for inbound physical package deliveries and shipments. Interface with package delivery/shipping suppliers such as FedEx and UPS. Coordination for delivery to appropriate Conduent personnel.
• Responsible for coordination of document shredding with both corporate stakeholders and vendor.
• Various other complex tasks and duties as assigned by project executive.
