As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
US: $96000 - $138000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Provide strategic administrative support, including managing complex global calendars, coordinating international travel, and preparing for business-critical events.
- Drive projects from initiation to completion, proactively solving problems, prioritizing effectively, and establishing structure in ambiguous situations.
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, exercising excellent judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Plan and execute internal and external meetings, assisting with content development and conducting follow-ups on action items.
- Provide leadership to the E/ABP community while advocating for and program-managing organization-wide culture initiatives.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience providing professional support, including complex calendar management, and influencing senior executives in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and adapt plans on short notice while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive business matters with complete confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communicator and team player capable of working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders concurrently.
