As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. In this elevated Administrative Business Partner role, you are much more than an administrative support professional; you will be a partner and trusted advisor. Your primary objective is to act as a crucial gatekeeper and strategist, freeing up the executive's time so they can focus on the highest value-add work and core priorities.
Responsibilities
• Prioritize the executive's schedule based on core objectives. Act as a firm yet diplomatic gatekeeper, declining unnecessary requests and protecting time for work.
• Ensure the executive is fully prepared for key engagements. Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for meetings and media to guarantee alignment with goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of executive priorities. Track major projects, facilitate cross-functional communication, and anticipate operational roadblocks before they become urgent.
• Serve as a meeting proxy when necessary. Capture actionable insights, track critical decisions, and drive follow-ups to maintain project momentum without requiring constant supervision.
• Elevate daily operations by managing complex travel logistics, streamlining workflows, and handling highly sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of administrative experience in a technical or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
• Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred
• Direct experience preparing executive briefing documents, talking points, and presentations for high-stakes engagements (e.g., media interviews, keynotes, board meetings, and VIP client interactions).
• Proven ability to act as a diplomatic but firm gatekeeper, with a track record of successfully aligning an executive's schedule with their priorities and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Synthesize complex information and confidently serve as an executive proxy to capture insights and drive follow-ups.
• Leverage high EQ to anticipate issues, identify operational roadblocks early, and resolve them on their own.
• Track long-term initiatives, streamline team workflows, and ensure leadership decisions maintain momentum.
