We are seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑minded administrator to support our Cheyenne team and help ensure every service runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of the funeral home by supporting both our team and the families we serve.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting families and visitors with professionalism and warmth, helping make them feel comfortable and supported
  • Managing phones and general office communication with accuracy and care
  • Coordinating service details, paperwork, obituaries, and other administrative tasks to support funeral arrangements and staff
  • Assisting with preparation for services, ensuring materials are organized and ready
  • Maintaining records, handling documentation, and supporting compliance with company procedures
  • Communicating effectively with directors, staff, and external partners to keep operations running smoothly
  • Supporting general office organization and maintaining a clean, family‑ready environment

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will possess a high school diploma (though an associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred), along one (1) year of similar or related experience in administrative work in a professional office setting. Applicants must enjoy working with people. Intermediate office and computer skills are a must, and organizational skills and attention to detail are vital to ensure that each family is served to their satisfaction.
