We are a Tempe-based Safety & Promotional Marketing Company located just west of Downtown Tempe and ASU! We are an exciting, fast-paced company and we are expanding fast!
The Sales and Administrative Support Team Member provides administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, dialoging with customers via email and over the phone, filing paperwork, retrieving packets & assisting the front office, general research, a lot of paperwork pushing!
We are a fun company with a very busy staff. We all work hard together and there is no such thing as a "job description" because you will be asked to help out in many departments. No job is too big or too small!

- Ability to run or learn CRM software
- Answer phones
- Great customers/customer skills
- Proofread
- Be very sociable
- Must be outgoing, self-motivated and ENTHUSIASTIC!
- Must have great organizational skills and be efficient with a strong emphasis on details
- MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE
- LIFT 30LBS BOXES WHEN NECESSARY
- MUST BE LEGALLY ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
