Administrative Customer Service
NewBe an early applicantDo you love solving puzzles,
following a process to the letter, and being the person people count on to get
it right? At Trinity Pension Consultants, our Administrative Customer Service/Distribution Specialists sit at
the intersection of customer service, compliance, and math — helping retirement
plan participants access their money accurately and on time. If that sounds
like your kind of challenge, we want to meet you.
Who We Are
Trinity Pension Consultants,
Inc. is a leading regional, independent, non-producing Third-Party
Administration firm based in Akron, Ohio. We partner with retirement plan
sponsors and their financial professionals to deliver top-tier administration
and compliance solutions for employer-sponsored retirement plans — and we're
growing.
What You'll
Do

communicating clearly, accurately, and courteously every time.
• Dig into regulations and plan documents, verify

• Put your math skills to work running the calculations
that determine whether a request is permissible — and get it right the first
time.
• Prepare investment company distribution and loan forms,
keep transactions moving on schedule, and accurately bill for participant
distributions.
• Become the go-to expert on Trinity's systems (Pension
Pro, our Distribution Portal, Excel tracking, and more) and on every qualified
plan distribution and loan option out there.
• Jump in on cross-departmental support and special
projects — we're a team, and we roll up our sleeves together.
