Administrative Executive
Overview of the role
As an administrative executive, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day automotive operations and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing a mix of sales support, administration, system coordination, and operational follow-up in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
- Support sales operations through discount maintenance, lease deal coordination, and resolution of invoicing discrepancies.
- Assist with account reconciliation and collections-related follow-up to support accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in UAT activities for systems and process enhancements, including identifying issues and coordinating timely resolution.
- Respond to day-to-day operational and administrative requests from internal stakeholders across departments.
- Help maintain smooth workflow across functions by coordinating tasks, tracking follow-ups, and supporting process efficiency.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Good understanding of sales support, administrative coordination, and operational processes.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling invoicing, reconciliations, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
About the team
You will be part of a collaborative operations environment within the automotive business, working closely with sales, finance, and internal support teams. The team plays an important role in ensuring operational accuracy, process efficiency, and strong internal service support across the business.
What equips you for the role
- You will ideally have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, along with prior experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
- Experience within the automotive industry will be an advantage, particularly if you have worked with sales processes, invoices, reconciliation support, or system testing activities in a dynamic business setting.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as SAP, CRM platforms, or similar tools.
