Administrative Executive (HR & Operations Support) (CCP)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our HR team. Your primary mission in this role will be managing and calculating staff commissions—making sure our team gets paid accurately and on time. You will act as the bridge between our HR department and our outlet staff, helping with day-to-day paperwork and ensuring all sales data is perfectly verified.
If you are great with numbers, highly organized, and enjoy communicating with different teams, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities
1. Commission Calculation (Top Priority)
Take full ownership of the monthly commission calculations for our staff.
Track, tally, and process sales figures to ensure every payout is 100% accurate.
Keep clear, organized records of all commission payouts for accounting and HR reference.
2. Outlet Communication & Verification
Liaise directly with outlet staff and managers to collect and verify sales data, attendance, and performance metrics.
Act as the go-to person for any commission-related questions from the outlet teams.
Investigate and quickly resolve any mismatched numbers or disputes in a friendly and professional manner.
3. General HR & Admin Support
Help the HR department with day-to-day paperwork, such as filing, organizing employee records, and data entry.
Assist with onboarding new staff by preparing their welcome packets and documents.
Help answer basic HR-related queries from employees.
Support the team with other general office admin tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, HR support, or payroll role is highly preferred.
Good with Numbers: You are comfortable working with math and large sets of data without getting overwhelmed.
Spreadsheet Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (you know your way around basic formulas and formatting).
Great Communicator: You are comfortable picking up the phone or sending clear emails to outlet staff to double-check information.
Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for spotting mistakes and take pride in accurate work.
