Job Summary

Manage stock communication, order coordination, billing support, and warehouse stock while fostering collaboration across departments and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate weekly stock balances via email to inform the modern trade team of stock availability
  • Send daily traceability forms to the Logistics/Operations department to ensure accurate tracking
  • Coordinate orders and liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Assist with monthly closing and billing processes to support accurate financial reporting
  • Manage internal and external warehouse stock coordination to facilitate smooth deliveries
  • Collaborate effectively with purchasing, finance, operations, and production departments to streamline workflows
  • Submit accounts aging lists to customers and follow up to ensure timely payments
  • Organize, consolidate, and submit Statement of Account (SOA) documents from customers for accurate record-keeping
  • Prepare and consolidate Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN), rebates, and invoices for approval and signing
  • Address and resolve customer problems and inquiries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Undertake miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage data efficiently
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA system to support operational processes
  • Ability to learn quickly, stay motivated, and demonstrate commitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with customers
