Administrative Support (Manufacturing) – Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the production, operations, and management teams.
- Prepare, maintain, and update production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate daily administrative activities, including filing, data entry, and document control.
- Process purchase requisitions, work orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in tracking raw materials, consumables, and office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
- Support production scheduling by updating work plans and communicating schedule changes.
- Monitor attendance records, overtime, leave applications, and timesheets for production personnel.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative support for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records related to quality, safety, maintenance, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
- Ensure confidential handling of company documents and employee information.
- Support audits by organizing and retrieving required documentation.
- Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office logistics.
- Monitor office and production administrative supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
