Administrative Officer
Joining the Secret Service, Office of Field Operations, will allow you to be the office authority on administrative program areas and be relied on by the management staff to provide authoritative advice and guidance on administrative matters. The selectee will serve as an Administrative Officer in the Office of Field Operations, Sacramento Resident Office or Guam Resident Office. Typical work assignments include: Coordinating administrative functions such as financial allocations and expenditures, management and program analysis, property management and procurement, and various human resource programs. Preparing reports and advising the Resident Agent in Charge on a variety of matters related to compliance of regulations, personnel actions and recruitment, protective visits, and major investigative cases. Communicating effectively to formulate, present, explain, and interpret policies, issues, and procedures to various officials, employees, and other outside entities in a concise and coherent manner.
