Administrative Services Assistant (Office Automation)

If selected, you will serve as an Administrative Services Assistant (Office Automation) in the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Western District of Washington. You will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support in a variety of program areas in support of the District. At the full performance level, duties will include: Maintaining electronic databases to track information and suspense items; Assisting in maintaining property records and conducting inventory, as well as requesting for issuance, return, and repairs of non-expendable office equipment and furniture; Receiving, opening, date stamping, reading, classifying, and routing mail; Reviewing, analyzing, classifying, and reconciling transactions, commitment, and obligation documents; Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and personnel processing activities in support of the Human Resources Unit; and Preparing documents for payment of services and maintaining procurement records and documents as required. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
