A mobile, on-call (PRN) Administrative Services Coordinator who covers interim HR administrative functions — and possibly accounts payable/receivable and reception — at Arden Courts senior living communities across WI, IL, MI, OH, CT, DE, PA, TX, FL, NJ or VA. Relies on PC/spreadsheet skills, basic accounting, and strong organization.
As the Mobile Administrative Services Coordinator, you will perform interim human resource functions in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to assure the proper administrative procedures are maintained. May also provide accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reception support based on the needs of the assigned community.
This position would be available for coverage as needed in our WI, IL, MI, OH, CT, DE, PA, TX, FL, NJ or VA communities.
WI, IL, MI, OH, CT, DE, PA, TX, FL, NJ or VA residency preferred
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
Skills: Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and work processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Basic Accounting skills: the ability to analyze financial reports and a demonstrated accuracy with numbers; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detail
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles: Experience in a senior living facility or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Physical Demands: Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the facility as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
