If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for serving as a United States Attorney's Office representative in the Northern District of Texas. You will perform a variety of duties that support the District's administrative and support services in the headquarters office in the areas of property, budget, mail, supply and facilities management. Typical work assignments will include: - Plans and procures support services and equipment. - Provides support services in relation to space management, purchasing supplies and equipment, office security, internal controls, health and safety. - Administers a wide variety of administrative support activities, e.g., office moves, reorganizations, and communication system changes. - Projects and analyzes space needs based on proposed initiatives, staff changes, and technology improvements. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
