Determines, obtains, formats information and produces reports required to make sound healthcare management related decisions.

Serves as Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator for the Care Management Services Oncology Pathway.

Administratively controls, coordinates, processes and documents research projects conducted bythe Care Management Services Oncology Pathway.

Monitors, audits, and manages the Care Management Services Oncology Pathway database to ensure proper coding and maintenance.

Operates a personal computer to input, store, retrieve and manipulate data.

Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors; refers and directs to appropriate staff or office.
