Administrative Support
Kids for the Future Administrative Support
This position represents the program professionally to parents, visitors, and the public while providing comprehensive administrative support to facility staff. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, appointments, and activities; answering phones and correspondence; managing mail, files, supplies, office equipment, data entry, and purchasing requests; and preparing reports, spreadsheets, forms, letters, memos, charts, and other business documents. The role also supports clinical scheduling, special projects, and day-to-day office operations while maintaining accurate records, proofreading materials, following company policies and safety procedures, and protecting the confidentiality of patient and employee information. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed. This individual reports directly to the Operations Coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred, but will accept high school diploma or equivalent
2. 2-3 years of experience working in community mental health preferred (not always applicable)
3. Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software
