About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer – Clients, Compliance, Risk & Quality to join our team.
In this varied role you will help maintain management system documentation, support internal and external audits, coordinate compliance and risk reporting activities, and assist with tender and RFP submissions. You will play an important role in ensuring records, policies, procedures, and evidence are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support document control, compliance activities, risk management processes, audits, reporting and tender submissions, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our management systems.

What we need from you:
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, quality, governance or project support role including tenders, proposals or RFP responses
- Strong administrative, organisational, and document management skills.
- The ability to maintain accurate records, policies, procedures, and controlled documents.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
- Experience coordinating internal and external audits, including evidence collection and action tracking, will be highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting business-wide compliance objectives.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting compliance, risk, quality or audit activities will be highly regarded.
