ISN is actively seeking Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for a federal credential issuance and maintenance program supporting Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12) requirements for more than 65 locations nationwide a nationwide federal HSPD-12 credentialing program. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to the following:


• Provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to program management and field personnel supporting HSPD-12 credentialing activities.

• Maintain program records, files, trackers, correspondence, and other documentation in accordance with established procedures and requirements.

• Support the collection, entry, validation, and maintenance of program data to promote accuracy and completeness of records.

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, conference calls, and other program activities involving government stakeholders and program personnel.

• Prepare and format reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting materials, and other program documentation.

• Track assigned actions, deliverables, deadlines, and administrative requirements and provides follow-up support to facilitate timely completion.

• Suppors the preparation and consolidation of recurring and ad hoc program reports, metrics, and status information.

• Assist with administrative coordination between program management, government stakeholders, corporate support functions, and geographically dispersed field locations.

• Monitor shared mailboxes, collaboration platforms, or other designated communication channels and appropriately routes requests and information.

• Support document control and records management activities, including maintaining organized electronic files and appropriate documentation.

• Assist with personnel onboarding, access requests, training coordination, and other administrative activities supporting program operations.

• Support inventory, equipment, supply, and logistical tracking activities, as required.

• Identifie administrative discrepancies or incomplete information and coordinates with appropriate personnel to facilitate resolution.

• Handle program information and documentation in accordance with applicable security, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.

• Perform additional administrative duties consistent with the scope and requirements of the contract.


Experience:

• Two or more years of administrative, program support, operations support, or related professional experience.

• Experience maintaining records, tracking data, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and supporting administrative workflows.

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with SharePoint or similar document management and collaboration platforms is preferred.

• Experience supporting a federal government program, geographically dispersed workforce, or credentialing/identity management environment is preferred.


Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and administrative requirements.

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with government stakeholders, program leadership, team members, and support personnel.

• Ability to collect, review, organize, and maintain program information and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to identify administrative discrepancies, conduct appropriate follow-up, and facilitate resolution.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn program-specific systems and administrative tools.

• Ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information.

• Strong customer service, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


Additional Qualifications:

◦Must be a U.S. citizen.

◦ Must possess an active Public Trust clearance or have the ability to successfully obtain and maintain one.

◦ Must be able to comply with applicable federal security, privacy, records management, and information-handling requirements.

◦ Ability to meet and maintain the physical demands required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.


Education:

◦ High school diploma or equivalent is required.

◦ Associate's degree or completion of college-level coursework in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.

◦ Relevant administrative or federal program support experience may be considered in combination with education and other position qualifications.
