Position Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Washington, D.C. / Hybrid
Clearance: Public Trust
Summary: TTC is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide executive, program, workforce, records management, scheduling, and operational support to NTIA leadership and the contractor team. This position helps keep administrative and mission-support activities organized, documented, traceable, and responsive to evolving executive and program priorities.
This is a hybrid position with onsite presence up to two-three days a week in Washington, DC. Ideal candidates must be US Citizens with the ability to obtain/maintain an active Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference calls, and recurring operational activities.
- Develop agendas, meeting materials, minutes, action-item logs, and follow-up trackers.
- Prepare and format correspondence, memoranda, briefings, reports, and other executive materials.
- Track Government and program taskers, action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain electronic records, document libraries, file structures, and version control.
- Support SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 collaboration and knowledge-management activities.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, staffing rosters, access coordination, and workforce tracking.
- Maintain contact lists, distribution lists, organizational information, and program documentation.
- Perform quality-control reviews of documents for formatting, completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Support records retention and document-management requirements.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, training, and other administrative activities as needed.
- Provide responsive support for high-priority and short-turn executive requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of administrative, executive, program, or mission-support experience.
- Federal Government or Government-contractor experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong business writing, proofreading, organization, and document-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and senior-level requests.
- Experience preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation or appropriate security clearance required for the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting a federal program office or executive leadership organization.
- Records management or knowledge management experience.
- Experience with employee onboarding, personnel tracking, and Government correspondence.
Salary Range: $52,000–$70,000 annually. The anticipated compensation range represents TTC’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, contract requirements, and other job-related factors.
