Brief Role Description
Riadená dokumentácia:
- Preklady dokumentov do anglického jazyka (nemecký jazyk výhodou).
Harmonizácia dokumentácie medzi SK a CZ lokalitou.
Kontrola formulárov a dokumentov z hľadiska správnosti a úplnosti.
Archivácia dokumentov v prostredí SharePoint.
Kontrola verzií a aktualizácií dokumentácie.
Migrácia dokumentov do novej databázy.
Spolupráca pri projektoch digitalizácie dokumentácie.
Podpora školení:
- Evidencia školiacich záznamov v interných aplikáciách.
Kontrola podpísaných školiacich protokolov.
Administratívna podpora pri evidencii a správe školení.
Spolupráca s internými zákazníkmi pri správe dokumentácie a záznamov.
