We are looking for a
well-organized and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day
administrative operations of our Egypt office. The role will coordinate office
administration, employee support, documentation, facilities, vendors, and other
operational requirements to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and operational
activities.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance,
facilities, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, documents,
and company files.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, landlords, and
other external parties.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and general
administrative requirements.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, courier
services, and other business arrangements as required.
- Assist with employee-related administrative matters,
including attendance, leave documentation, transportation, and office
access.
- Support HR and Finance with documentation, invoices,
expense records, and other administrative requirements.
- Monitor office expenses and ensure timely processing
of administrative payments.
- Ensure the office is maintained in a professional,
organized, and functional condition.
- Support compliance with company policies and local
administrative requirements.
- Prepare regular administrative reports and provide
updates to management.
- Coordinate with regional/global teams on
administrative matters where required.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties
assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business
Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, office
management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and
Word.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work
independently.
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented
approach.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills;
Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a technology, engineering, or
multinational company is preferred.
