We are seeking an organised & proactive Administrator/Operations Officer to join our team in our Perth Branch in Forrestfield. You will be an integral part of our wheel/rim supply & repair operation.

The Opportunity
Taking and completing Customer sales calls at Branch
Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support
Maintain accurate databases and documentation
Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders etc
Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
Coordinate services on-site or off-site
About You - Essential
Well-developed computer skills with appropriate experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Customer service focus both internally & externally
Clear communicator both written & verbal
A reliable team player with proven time management & organisational skills
Demostrated problem solving & data management expertise
Current work rights in Australia
About You - Preferred
Experience in adminstration within mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics
SAP experience or exposure
