Administrator

SUMMARY:

The Administrator directs all functions of the Skilled Nursing Facility to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to the patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand the facility’s care regulations and support the patient care programs
• Develop and implement successful strategies regarding labor, occupancy growth, revenue growth, expense control, and quality of services
• Ensure adherence to the Patient’s Bill of Rights
• Interview, hire, orient, train, supervise and evaluate staff
• Constantly assess patient needs and staffing levels
• Lead the implementation of all sales and operations strategies
• Assist in the development of operational budgets and capital requirements
• Able to work in various positions at facility and willing and able to fill in as needed
• Build a high performing team and keep morale high

QUALIFICATIONS:

• New Jersey Administrator’s license
• Prior General Manager or Administrator experience in Skilled Nursing Facility
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject preferred
