Role Overview
We are looking for counsellors, you will engage with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend suitable Futurense programs, and guide them throughout the enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities
● Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
● Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations, and professional goals.
● Recommend suitable Futurense programs based on candidate requirements.
● Explain course curriculum, fees, program benefits, and career outcomes.
● Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the enrollment process.
● Assist candidates with application and enrollment procedures.
● Maintain accurate candidate records and update CRM systems regularly.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
● Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and conversion targets.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Eligibility & Requirements
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
● Good technical knowledge and interest in emerging technologies.
● Comfortable working in a sales and target-driven environment.
● Strong learning attitude and willingness to build a career in Business Development.
● Basic computer knowledge.
● Candidates must have their own laptop.
