Salary Range: $55 per hour

Reports To: Chief Admissions & Enrollment Officer

FSLA Status: Part-time, Non-Exempt (approximately 20 hours per week)

St. Luke’s School seeks a warm, organized, and collaborative Seasonal Admissions Associate to join our Admissions team during the 2026–2027 admissions season. This is a seasonal position beginning in late September and running through mid-March.

The Seasonal Admissions Associate plays an important role in helping families experience the warmth and energy of our school while supporting a thoughtful and mission-aligned admissions process.

This position reports to the Chief Admissions & Enrollment Officer and works closely with the Admissions team, faculty, and staff.

POSITION EXPECTATIONS

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality in all work within the school.

  • Student Assessments (at St. Luke’s)

    • This is generally about 2 hours of work per assessment.

    • Greet and welcome prospective families at arrival and manage the student’s schedules for their school visit. Ensure smooth transitions throughout the visit day.

    • Facilitate an assessment for JK through Grade 7 prospective students. Assessments may be play-based, classroom observation, or proctored assessment. Assessments may be one-on-one or with a group/classroom setting.

    • Write-up a detailed report for each student assessment.
    • Maintain accurate applicant records in Ravenna for each student visit. This includes scanning and uploading reports and documents to the student’s file and records.

  • Weekend Sat Assessments

    • Be available on Saturday, November 7, 2026 and Saturday, December 5, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

    • Participate in prospective student playdate as instructed by the Admissions team.

    • Complete assessment write-ups for prospective students observed during the Saturday Assessment. (additional compensation if given due to the work on a Saturday)

  • Student Observations (at Nursery Schools)
    • Visit a nursery school. Visits can range from 1-4 hours each depending on the age and number of students to observe.
    • Observe one or multiple prospective students at the nursery school to assess for readiness (social emotional, academic, etc)
    • Complete nursery visit form for each prospective student observed.
  • Other Admissions Work
    • New Student Bios: Develop and write bios and summaries for newly enrolled students.
    • Support additional admissions projects and tasks as needed throughout the season
