In this role, you will be the face of our institute, guiding aspiring professionals, students, and job-seekers toward our practical, job-oriented training programs.Instead of pitching theoretical lectures, you will be selling high-value, real-world skills that companies are actively hiring forincluding Full-Stack Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, SMM), Web Development (WordPress/WooCommerce), and Data Reporting (Advanced Excel).Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Guide and counsel prospective students over the phone and in person to convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Career Counseling: Understand student career goals and explain how our practical curriculum matches industry demands.

• Database Management: Follow up diligently with regular leads, maintain student records, and meet monthly enrollment targets.

• Walk-in Management: Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with students and parents visiting the campus.

What We Are Looking For:

• 13 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, or tele-calling (education sector preferred).

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

• A result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales/enrollment targets.

• Basic understanding of what Digital Marketing is (to pitch it effectively).
