Type: Full-Time, W-2
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm (after-hours/weekends as needed)
Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ignitus Recovery is a growing behavioral health organization providing residential and outpatient treatment through Cherry Hills Recovery and Boulder Hills Recovery. The Admissions Manager oversees the admissions department, ensuring a compassionate, clinically appropriate, and compliant experience while leading staff and partnering with clinical, billing, and outreach teams to support timely admissions and program growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support admissions staff; oversee performance and coverage

• Manage complex and high-acuity cases and support level-of-care determinations with clinical leadership

• Oversee insurance verification, authorizations, and financial coordination

• Maintain accurate admissions data, dashboards, and census tracking in CRM/EMR systems

• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, regulatory, and accreditation standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• 2–3 years of admissions leadership or supervisory experience

• Behavioral health, substance use, or mental health treatment experience

• Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes

• Proficiency with CRM systems, EMRs, and office software

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
