ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Operations & Enrolment Manager to lead the operational delivery of our admissions and enrolment journey. Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Family Experience, you will oversee enquiry management, admissions administration, enrolment and registrar services, and admissions events, ensuring every family receives a seamless, professional and welcoming experience from first contact through to their child's first day at school.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the end-to-end admissions operations process.
- Manage enquiry handling, visitor experience and service standards across all touchpoints.
- Oversee admissions administration, assessments, interviews and offer management.
- Lead enrolment and registrar processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service.
- Plan and execute admissions events including Open Houses, Information Sessions, Campus Tours and Orientation programmes.
- Coach and develop the Admissions Operations team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage CRM and student information systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Hospitality, Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, student administration, customer service or operations management.
- Proven track record leading operational teams and improving processes.
- Experience with CRM and Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred.
- Strong organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
