Admissions Operations Executive

ROLE
RD American School is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Admissions Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Admissions & Family Experience team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for prospective families, managing admissions administration, enrolment documentation, CRM updates, event coordination, and front-of-house services.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a warm, professional experience for prospective families and visitors.
• Support admissions and enrolment administration from enquiry to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Student Information Systems (SIS).
• Coordinate admissions interviews, assessments, and documentation.
• Support Open Houses, school tours, and admissions events.
• Manage inventory, procurement requests, and general departmental administration.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, reception, or admissions support.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with CRM and SIS platforms is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer focused.
