Admissions Secretary
We are seeking multiple Admissions Secretaries to join our Patient Admissions team across the hospital.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and internal clients.
- Respond to patient and doctor enquiries.
- Manage administrative processes for patient admissions and discharges.
- Support a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.
About You
You’ll be organised, professional, adaptable and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You’ll also have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage conflict and maintain positive working relationships.
- Medical terminology knowledge (desirable).
- Experience booking medical/surgical admissions and procedures (highly desirable).
