Admixture Systems Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

• Marketing and Sales company products to achieve organization targets.

• MAIN TASKS – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from SIKA - Jordan products and maximizing client potential in a designated region.
• Visit potential clients.
• Maintaining existing relationships with customers.
• Regular visits to Consultants.
• Preparing daily, weekly plan, and Daily Report.
• Attending Monthly Sales Meeting.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, Support and product education.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Providing customers/potential customers with required Samples, by contacting Technical Dept. through Logistics Dept.
• Negotiating payment terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Payments collection from customers.
• Coordinate with customers and Logistics Dept. to arrange product Delivery (Place & Date).
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Collecting customer feedback.
• Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
• To convey customer requirements to Management.
• In addition to the above, focusing on Construction System market is required.
• Any additional task requested from the immediate supervisor and/or senior management, to increase the organization overall performance.
• Relating to EHS responsibility, He has to be an example to all employees.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends, and report key findings to management on a regular basis.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs as agreed with the General Sales Manager.

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
