Summary
Implement and validate Adobe Analytics tracking for the Changi travel app, defining events, variables, and dashboards to capture user interactions and business metrics.
Role: Adobe analytics Business Analyst
JD:
Analyse and interpret the Changi App business logic and technical infrastructure
Understand the functional and business requirements the AA tracking is meant to serve
Study the design along with Tag Management System (TMS) to conduct technical solutioning for proper tag management
Develop and execute an AA tagging implementation plan with the following key considerations and requirements:
a. Identify, with guidance from CAG, important interactions (clicks, form submissions, downloads etc) that need to be tracked. Define key event or parameter names, labels, and values to capture relevant data;
b. Use custom variables to capture additional information that as needed. This could include user attributes, session information, or context-specific data;
c. Ensure that the tracking is implemented in a way aligned to prevailing implementation for consistency and ease of reference;
d. Perform the necessary configurations on CAG’s AA Report Suite (e.g. set-up of processing rules, creating and identifying key variables, developing workspace dashboards);
e. Prepare an implementation plan that details the tracking codes the Changi App frontend developer needs to implement; and
f. After deployment by the frontend developers, thoroughly test the AA tracking implementation across different browsers, devices, and scenarios to ensure accurate data collection. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of debugging tools and browser developer tools to verify and document that tags are firing correctly. The Contractor is expected to work with the respective frontend developers until the AA tracking implementation is satisfactorily completed and accepted by CAG, in accordance to development sprint cycles and associated deadlines.
