AdOps Specialist
You'll own campaign trafficking, optimization, and QA across the Growth Channel platform and multiple third-party DSPs. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: launch campaigns, keep them pacing and performing, troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues end-to-end, and turn data into optimization actions. Because we connect multiple DSPs, SSPs, and data providers, this role suits someone who's worked across more than one buying platform and understands how the programmatic ecosystem fits together.
What You'll Do
Set up, traffic, and QA campaigns across Growth Channel and third-party DSPs (display, video, CTV, audio, native, DOOH)
Monitor pacing, delivery, and spend daily; catch issues before they reach clients
Optimize continuously: bids, budgets, dayparting, supply-path curation, audience refinement, creative rotation
Work with all deal types — open exchange, PMP, and programmatic guaranteed
Activate audience segments and verify data flows correctly into reporting
Troubleshoot systematically: flight settings, creative approvals, tag/pixel failures, exchange-level issues
Pull and sanity-check performance reports; surface insights to Ad Ops, Client Success, and clients
Maintain naming conventions, tracking parameters, QA checklists, and documentation
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on programmatic ad ops, trafficking, or campaign management
Experience across multiple DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Beeswax, or similar) — able to pick up new platforms fast
Solid fundamentals: auction dynamics, CPM/CPA/ROAS math, bid shading, PMP vs. PG, frequency management
Technical fluency: how DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tag managers, and analytics connect; can debug a pixel in dev tools and read API docs
Strong spreadsheet and data skills — optimization decisions backed by numbers
Obsessive attention to detail: every tag, setting, and link checked before go-live
Clear written and verbal English; comfortable working with distributed remote teams
Proactive and self-starting in a fast-moving startup
Bonus Points
Background in computer science, engineering, or QA
SQL, scripting, or BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, GA4)
Platform certifications (DV360, The Trade Desk Edge, etc.)
Experience with ad verification/fraud tools, adtech companies, or agency programmatic teams
Working Hours
Fully remote. Flexible schedule, with availability 2 pm – 4 pm U.S. Eastern for daily overlap with our U.S. teams.
What We Offer
Fully remote with flexible hours
Competitive compensation based on experience
Unmetered PTO
Hands-on exposure to CTV, Display, Audio, DOOH, and Social at a fast-growing adtech platform
Direct impact and room to grow into senior Ad Ops or platform-strategy roles
