Adoption Specialist

Summary:

The Adoption Specialist plays a key role in translating business needs into practical IT adoption. The main objective of this role is to ensure that employees actively use and gain real value from IT tools and services, maximizing their impact on the business.

This is a creative, value-driven role focused on adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement—not just technology delivery.

Project Details:

• Office location: Gdańsk

• Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office + 1 additional day per month

• Initial contract until December, with an extension planned for 12 additional months.

• Project language: English

Main Responsibilities:

Business & IT Adoption

• Translate business needs into clear, usable IT solutions and explain how the business can benefit from and effectively use available tools.

• Drive adoption of IT solutions by ensuring employees understand, use, and get maximum value from them.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve how IT supports day-to-day business operations.

• Design and implement actions, initiatives, or campaigns that encourage effective IT usage across the organization.

Microsoft 365 & End-User Support

• Work closely with the Microsoft 365 environment, including user support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

• Promote and support adoption of Copilot and other related systems.

• Act as a point of contact for end users, ensuring smooth daily IT operations.

End User Computing & Hardware

• Coordinate end-user computing activities, including laptop replacements and hardware lifecycle management.

• Connect and align key stakeholders involved in end-user computing initiatives.

Collaboration with Other Teams

• Work closely with third-party teams such as Facilities, Communication, and Mobility.

• Support and coordinate services including:

  • Audio-video systems

  • Printing solutions

  • CCTV

  • Telephony

  • Tablets (including production tablets used in trucks)

Stakeholder & Site Engagement

• Travel to various Clients offices to support local adoption and IT initiatives.

• Act as a bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-user IT environments and adoption challenges.

• Ability to communicate IT value in clear, business-friendly language.

• Creative mindset with a strong focus on user engagement and value creation.

• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-vendor environments.

• Very good English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional IT tools and adoption strategies.

• Knowledge of employee engagement and feedback mechanisms.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
