Cross Border Talents is looking for an Operations Customer Expert to help English-speaking users solve advertising-related problems and navigate a digital platform with confidence.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with ad accounts, payments, and access issues
- Troubleshoot campaign creation, publication, and delivery
- Explain advertising policies and platform guidelines
- Help users understand available tools and features
- Manage cases carefully and coordinate with specialist teams
You'll join a team environment with structured training and ongoing opportunities to learn.

Office-based role
Full-time, 40 hours weekly, rotating shifts across a 24/7 operation
