You’ll work inbound AND outbound qualified leads.
We bring you the opportunities. Your job is to CLOSE.
You’ll be:
Connecting with qualified leads
Selling ADT home security & smart home solutions
Working with homeowners and small businesses
Following up and managing your pipeline
Keeping your CRM clean and organized
Handling objections
Closing deals
Hitting individual and team goals
Competing alongside your team
We’re not looking for someone who sounds like they’re reading a script.

YOU’LL FIT IN HERE IF…
You have 1+ year of sales experience
Inside sales or call center experience? Even better.
You have a history of hitting or exceeding goals.
You can actually talk to people without sounding like a robot.
You’re competitive.
You’re coachable.
You’re motivated by money and results.
You can handle a fast-paced sales floor.
You don’t need somebody standing over your shoulder to make you work.
You like seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard.
Bilingual English/Spanish? Big plus.
