ADTS (Engin/Chem/Spec)

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with internal and external customers and stakeholders to plan and develop new products based on customer/market requirements and company objectives

• Formulate compounds to meet customers’ requirements with respect to mechanical properties, electrical properties, flame resistance, weather resistance, aesthetic appearance, etc.

• Conduct necessary material testing and evaluation to support product development

• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle

• Explore new technologies and raw materials that can enhance product offerings to fulfill customer needs

• Create and maintain documentation including testing reports, and work instruction procedures for laboratory equipment

• Collaborate with QC and Production teams to support manufacturing trials, product scaling, and quality control processes

The ADTS (Application Development Technical Service) engineer will conduct the development of advanced thermoplastic compounds and masterbatch solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on formulation experience, solid understanding of polymer processing, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to bring high‑performance materials from concept to commercialization.
