ADTS (Engin/Chem/Spec)

Location: Taoyuan City, Taiwan

This position plays a role in supporting color development, material data management, and technical solutions within the plastics and materials science sector. The role involves managing technical requests, maintaining raw material data within systems, and assisting in the preparation, and timely dispatch of color illustrations for customer demonstrations. As part of continuous capability building, the professional in this role will develop advanced expertise in color matching, pigment selection, and the chemical properties of industrial dyes and additives. Furthermore, the position will actively participate in the development of new applications, product launch testing plans, data analysis, and the communication of results, while consistently working to identify technical specifications required for established Avient customers.

Support color development, material data management, and technical service activities for plastic materials. Participate in color matching, product testing, application development, and customer solution projects while building expertise in pigments, additives, and material technologies.
