Your Missions:
Provide one-on-one critical care to adult ICU patients
Operate advanced monitoring and life support equipment
Collaborate closely with consultants, anaesthetists, and respiratory therapists
Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Support families during emotionally challenging times
